We only stayed one night passing through Eureka, so we didn't use any of the facilities (like pool or spa). It is nice that those facilities are in an enclosed, central location and not "out on the street." Our room was quiet, and we had a good night's sleep. The shower was good. Breakfast was typical of BW. One funny thing at this hotel is that they offer limousine service to restaurants in the area. I wonder if that is because they are a couple blocks from a run-down looking area with a homeless shelter. I can't say if that is a pro or con, but it seems a bit silly to me. If you visit the old town area, we recommend "Living The Dream" ice cream shop which offers very special flavors served in freshly made cones.

This hotel is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed out considering amenities. Internet worked perfectly, staff was on 24/7. The pool water was warm and the hot tub is unique, so pretty and the largest one i have ever been in for a hotel. My 10 year old daughter had a blast. The room was comfortable and the shower well organized to save water and avoid to put a mess in the bathroom. it was pretty quiet even on the 4th of July. One set of guests came inebriated on the last night we were there and the hotel staff immediately took care of that and had them leave in the morning. Breakfast was great and the cherry on top of the cake was the free limo service to go to dinner. I strongly recommend the hotel.

Easy to find, close to everything. The staff was professional and friendly. The grounds were kept nice, but our unit was further away from the nicer views. The pool area, sitting areas, and hot tub were very appealing. Our room was updated, clean, and comfortable. It was a little noisy because it is so close to the main road (highway) and our upstairs neighbors were able to easily wake us up each morning at 5am so the rooms did not have the best insulation. The shower pressure was amazing and the beds comfy. The breakfast had plenty of options and was kept well stocked.

The room was quiet and clean. The location was right in downtown Eureka so shopping/food was easily accessible. I used the business area in the lobby for some meetings and it was pleasant and the staff didn't bother me. Staff seemed very knowledgeable of the local area and were able to give great recommendations on things to check out. Also - while I didn't use it, the hotel has a limo that will drive you to restaurants or other places around town. That was a cool feature. Last, they had a really great drink machine in the lobby for espresso drinks.

I loved the breakfast! So many different options and I loved how they had almond milk and turkey sausage as options because I’m sensitive to regular milk and sausage. The shower was pretty nice. They had dispensers in the shower of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which was different and cool. The spa, pool, and workout area was pretty nice as well and very clean.
